Westley,

I believe that it is a disservice to believe that just because people don't
visit the FEMA office that all that can be done is done. I would bet that
most have given up on any type of governmental assistance. It appears that
the longer you go, the harder they make it for you. I've got 11 months of
rental receipts from a home we rented in Memphis that I haven't lived in
since December. Our landlord required me to sign a
12 month lease and they just rented it this month.
All I ever received from FEMA is the first installment in April. I don't
expect to receive any more.
