Does anyone wish to comment on this statement by a NOLA guy concerned about
his "destroyed home" in St. Bernard and the Road Home Program ongoing? He's
concerned about his home being beyond 50%? --jer

"1st the LRA wants to take insurance proceeds away, now they want to deduct
what you owed on your house. This sucks! They just don't want to give aid to
working people. Then if you don't raise your home you get nothing if you had
50% or more of damage. Walter Leger said any house with water to the ceiling
will be classified as > (greater than) 50% damage. That is 80% of St.
Bernard."
