Mr. Richardson,
 
the cans should be emptied by the garbage truck crews.  The alternative is
that the public dump site will likely be open Monday for St. Bernard
residents.
 
The general rule is that the debris contractor is able to pick  up about two
cubic yards of new construction- but this seems to be a bit subjective
depending on the monitor present so it may be inconsistent from place to
place.

Well put, especially given the fact that residents have been notified that
"new debris" will NOT be picked up by URG.  Craig, would you mind clarifying
whether or not items that are boxed or placed in garbage cans will be picked
up by the parish workers as part of the "regular" twice a week garbage
pick-up?  If not, what are we supposed to do with new debris in the interim?
