Jill and All,
 
The Saturday office hours for community development had nothing to do with
overtime issues- it was governed by a lack of need.  The numbers have
returned as we get to August- Jr. instructed David Peralta to begin Saturday
office hours again- organizing it missed last Saturday and it should be
handled and be open this Saturday.
