GS,

I understand what you are saying and I am sorry you are confused. But I
don't think we would have ANY progress if everyone were on your wave length.

Sitting and waiting seems to be in the air and I can tell you if there is
anything that won't work is sitting and waiting. There is only a few
options here. Move away and if you decide to move take care of your
property until it can be sold. Oh and there you go the LRA. In the
meantime human beings have to look at blighted homes, ungutted homes and
weed ridden yards. Really this is wrong no matter how you slice it up.

To each its own but the REALITY is people are living in St Bernard real
people with real children and families. Everyone needs to do there part and
I do not see that. However I do see people working extremely hard to
rebuild there homes and there lives. And then there are the unattended
homes, that fall into several categories: 1) why should I do anything with
the house, 2) they don't know what they are doing in the parish they say one
thing and the next they change 3) I am not
moving back until they can tell me what to do. ??

Personally I do not and will not fall into that category. Some do some
don't. But after is said and done we are back to square 1.

Which option or square do you choose?

Please everyone send grass cutter names and numbers to the list and lets all
help to encourage to at least cut there weeds down. I understand if your
home is being bulldozed that its not necessary but when it becomes a hazard
in the meantime I believe it can't hurt to at least take baby
steps.

If you don't want to live in St Bernard that's your choice but please take
your trash with you. I don't mean to be harsh but this is gone on long
enough. And as we all are frustrated and have suffered a severe
loss.

No more waiting either stay or go, either way people should have decided
what that answer is.

Shelia
