[StBernard] Any units being rented in St. Bernard?

Thanks so much for the info.  A friend in Alabama is looking to return to
the parish and considering finding a rental until competing renovation work
on his home.  He, nor I, had any idea of what he could expect to pay in
rent.

I will assume these units are probably about 800 square feet of living area,
and upwards of 900 square feet?

Base on what you're telling me, that means rentals are going for about $1.20
to $1.30 per square foot.  Man, that's Metairie prices.a
