[StBernard] Murphy held responsible?

Hmmm, this is going to be interesting. If Murphy is found
responsible/accountable for the oil spill, and did not offer to have the
homes in either extended or elsewhere and if that area is deemed "tainted"
with da Murph's oil,

..will there be recompense to those who lived in homes/property that was
left uncared for by them (cleaned, etc)as part of the upcoming suit? One
would think that not addressing cleanup problems in these areas would
present some sort of health hazard by ignoring/failure to do so and would
subject homeowners to more misery and Murphy to further negligence and
outgoing compensation to oil-spill area victims.

Homeowners who were "ignored" for the majority of time for any cleanup,
pickups, etc. are "late to the gate" according to citizens and governments
who must now demand that homeowners "hurry-it-up" to achieve a one-month
from now deadline. Little to no consideration is given to those who must now
face "homes deportation" for not complying with the edict that homeowners
must be in compliance by August 29th.

Someone's got to be held accountable for this fiasco and I pray it's not the
homeowner that must foot the blunt of misery now within the "cross-hairs" of
misery in the sights of "hurry up or lose it attitudes".
