[StBernard] Any units being rented in St. Bernard?

Thanks for the info Jim. I am aware of the LRA plan for rental owners but
they have not set up the application form as of this date. I will most like
need them since I did not have flood insurance. I am in a NO flood zone
(joke now) and a single parent, so that was my reason for not having flood
ins.

At this time, I have not set a price for rent since I don't know what the
insurance on the house will be and I haven't completed the work yet. ( I am
doing the work myself so who knows when I will be ready) I have estimated so
far with the mortgage, taxes, (insurance pre storm) the amount is at $850 a
month. I do not want to take advantage of anyone but I can not affoard to
lose here. I will wait till I hear from the insurance company before I set
my rental price.

Again, I just pray for the end of this nightmare!

Josie

Ah...I see the vampires are feeding already!

Josie, please keep in mind that if you want to apply for any LRA
money to
pay for any repairs to rental units you will be required to rent
your places
for a certain amount and no higher.

Jim
