Update on Governor's legal action taken against the Minerals Management Service

Taking the next step in Governor Blanco's legal case concerning MMS' Lease Sale 200, the State this week filed a preliminary injunction with the federal district court seeking to stop Lease Sale 200 from proceeding on August 16th.
