The mome was Built in 1977. Now if it's "complient", it would be
double-speak to say:

"The most important component is to get compliant with the current maps
before the ABFE is established."

If it's compliant now, how is it still important to get compliant a second
time? Is there still an action yet to do?

mj,

the easiest way to determine if your house was compliant is to know when it
was built- if it was built after 1974, you are compliant. If built before
1974, an elevation survey will be needed and then that compared to the
elevations in community development.

The most important component is to get compliant with the current maps
before the ABFE is established.

Good luck and God Bless,
Craig

How does one know if he/she is in compliance with the BFE in Zone A near
paris Rd and the 40 Arpent to murphy? What happens if it's not in
compliance? Penalties? Something that must be done in a reasonable time?
Thanks.
