[StBernard] Rumors

This could probably be one of the sources of the "rumor" that oil has been
found in St. Bernard and drilling is about to become fact, perhaps. The
general public has had to spread this info mouth-to-mouth and perhaps the
government has prior knowledge of it and not informed the public as to the
source of the rumor. A result could be that source of oil/gas finds in St.
Bernard, or may be that people are holding onto their homes, etc. not
knowing the outcome which if they sell it, etc. they may give up their
rights to royalties, etc. if oil is found, perhaps under their homes
<grin>..

We'll here mo' about dis, we sho' might..
