Am I correct in assuming that once the zoning is changed from commercial to
industrial, then all sorts of processing, refining or other industrial
facilities could be placed on the property? 
 
The property owners in Buccaneer Villa and Carolyn Park need to be aware of
this. A Wal-Mart is one thing to live next to, but another Murphy or
Chalmette Refining is totally different.
