Abadie has always wanted to be top dog. Remember, he ran against Stephens
several times, after he got tired of being the lead make-believe cop for
Loyola University. Funny how, the last election he didn't challenge
Stephens since he was on Stephens payroll.

Rodriguez's administration that led to some heated words after the hurricane
drill." -

"Family Squabble" my foot. From the article in today's newspaper the entire
fiasco was a result of Alan Abadie who once again thinks he runs the St.
Bernard government. According to many nola.com postings over the past two
years Abadie is known for making decisions without first consulting his boss
and when things go wrong Junior is left to clean up the mess. There have
been rumors for a while that prominent people in the parish close to Junior
have advised him to drop Abadie because he's making him look bad. Maybe
Abadie has Junior brainwashed somehow believing he cannot run the parish
without him. That is too bad.

It is a shame Junior is surrounded by two people, one who has his own agenda
to be a power behind the throne puppet master and the other who is nothing
more than a professional lunch attendee. Is it no wonder St. Bernard has
made little progess in a years time.
