[StBernard] Qualifying begins for parish races

Before voting for school board personnel (or any parish position), I would
really like to know which of the school board members (other candidates &
current government electees) who are running for office (or intend to run)
and have relocated somewhere else & which ones plan to return & live in the
parish. This is a very important issue for me. I don't want someone in our
government who bought a house somewhere else but just retains property in
St. Bernard so that they can keep their position.
