[StBernard] More Debirs needing cleanup

There is a large pile of debris in the 3800 block of Lyndel Dr. that needs
to be removed. It appears that they have sorted out some chemicals and
placed them in a separate small pile next to it. I have also seen scavengers
rooting through it. Not sure how this situation is being addressed. Thanks
