Well I would want to get the best price I can, but certainly would need to
pay the electrician for doing the "work pending" certificate.
 
Let me ask the list now...I received one quote from an electricial company
for a total of $8118 for a small 3-bed/2 bath house (1400 sq feet).  Is that
the going rate now?
