if you sign up for demolition now it will still be accepted- that still will
allow you to consider the LRA plan if there are any benefits for it as well.

we had signed a purchase agreement in June with a couple that was suppose to
buy our house on Aug. the 10th. needless to say I called them on the 11th to
find out about the SBA loan that they are waiting for so we can sign all the
paper work and collect the monies on the house that we were promised only to
find out that day. it would cost too much to repair it and they decided that
they didn't want to buy the house anymore. Now I don't know what to do,
until these people came along i had wanted it on the demolishing list so all
i would have to do is worry about maintaining the lot. I would like to know
is it too late to put my house on this list so it can be torn down ? or am i
screwed because these people changed their mind and left me holding the bag
after they told us time and time again that they wanted the house. i even
took time off and went to the parish from Texas to take it off the blighted
list and left a copy of the inspection report at the complex so they
wouldn't have any problems to do the work that is necessary to rebuild the
house. please help me in the right direction to go i need to have this taken
care of as soon as possible. thank you for your time in this matter
