I wish my electrician felt this way, he charged us almost $285 for our
elecrical permit, and for the two doubles we have, he charged that for each
side. He also said that doesn't come off the work he will do later.  That is
just the permit fee he charges.  I hope everything we go to do isn't
inflated that way but I have a feeling it will be.  Is this the going rate?
