[StBernard] Another St. Bernard Folly - The Katrina Permit

Craig wrote this in the below email. "The shortage of electricians was why
the council passed a resolution to allow any state licensed electrician to
work in St. Bernard."  When did this happen ? About 3 weeks ago our
electrician went to file our permit & they would not let him do it because
he was not licensed in the parish before katrina.  We seem to be gertting
more & more delays.
