 Please let me know if we're understanding all this. I don't want the
deadline to past and we didn't do something right.
 
The engineer inspected our home.  His conclusion was "residence is less than
50% economically damaged". We had a licence plumber pressure test the gas
lines -- no leaks there.  Both findings have been brought to the Complex.
We keep the lawn mowed, we have put a front door up, plexi-glass on the
front windows and plywood on all side windows and doors.  Now my husband & I
will wait until after hurricane season then start our rebuilding in Carolyn
Park, where we have lived for many years.
 
Is this all we have to do for now?
