Two of my fellow employees told me that they called a number to get funds
from the Bush-Clinton Foundation.  The first time I got through, I was told
they were just taking info for the 70117 zip.  The second time I finally got
through, I was told it was specifically only designated for New Orleans, not
St. Bernard.  As usual, we are left out again.
