I read on nola.com where someone stated there is a new LRA application going
out to people who have registered and they are asking questions about the
applicant's investments.  When the hell was that supposed to be a part of
this?
 
According to one poster on nola.com, Walter Leger was on WWL radio stating
he and Blanco were not happy about this and it was the contracting company
who sent out the new apps!!
