[StBernard] Murphy Oil Area

Does anyone in the Murphy area have a monitoring well installed on their
property? I have what appears to be a manhole cover installed on my front
lawn at 3212 Gallo Dr. I removed the cover and found it to be a ground water
monitoring well. My neighbor said they drilled one hole, attempting to reach
a depth of 12 feet but hit something 

( probably the Entergy feeders by looking at the area). They abandoned this
hole and drilled another to install the well. It was very nice of them to
leave a deep hole on my front lawn so I can step in it while cutting grass.
