Again I reiterate why was this not published more so the parish people, both
those living there and those planning on returning, made aware of such an
important issue.  Why is it everything is kept so secretive.  Ahh yes, that
way things won't be opposed.  How foolish of me to not know  how the system
works after all these years!!!  Remember guys - it'll soon be time to vote
for our leaders.  Let's not forget what they have done for us - and all that
they have NOT DONE FOR US!!!
