[StBernard] Homes in Murphy oil spill area can be demolished

Homeowners in the Oil Spill Area,
 
there is likely to be a statement about the settlement progress out very
soon.  When that happens, everything will be released as EPA releases it-
EPA has already released 770 homes out of just over 800 for demolition so
when the plantiff attorneys get out of the way the homes can be processed
properly.  Everyone should be reminded that a request for demolition must be
made by signing the most recent ROE (Right of Entry) if you are in the oil
spill area and were still involved in any litigation or have legal
counsel-check the website for the forms.
