[StBernard] MURPHY OIL ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE TO SETTLEHURRICANE KATRINA OIL SPILL CLASS ACTION LITIGATION

In the Murphy oil settlement buy-out portion of the agreement, what does 
"fair market value mean"?  Are they going to offer the value now of the 
damaged property or the pre-Katrina value?  I wanted to keep my property on 
Jacob Drive so I don't know what this means for me. Does anyone know more on

this subject.?
