Even if there are citizens who have no desire to attend any council meeting
(day or night), they might still be in favor of having night meetings out of
consideration for those who want to attend night meetings because they are
convenient for those who work during regular business hours.

Ever attending a night council meeting or not is irrelevent to what you
believe works toward the best interest for everyone.
