the private contractor can get a permit and as long as they segragate the
debris it can be taken away.

I have a friend out of town that has a home near the 40 arpent but out of

the oil spill zone.  They want to  have a private  licensed contractor do

the demolition.

Will  the contractor be granted the permit to perform the demo?  Will URG

remove the debri or will the demo contractor be responsible for the debri

removal also?
