I don't mean to be insensitive, but where were these relatives when Katrina
was bearing down? I know I would personally be dragging my family out of
there and taking them with me.   I don't think the Mangano's deserve all the
blame; the Parish did not rise to the occasion and like New Orleans, should
have had a plan, to accomodate the elderly and handicapped.  As I recall, it
was every man for themself.  Maura
