Donna,
 
to  get off the list, file an appeal with community development.  They will
require that the house is gutted and secured or being repaired.  If the
repair or gutting/secure is already done, it just means that the office had
no record of it.  If it has been stickered with a yellow sticker you have a
ten day appeal period, but the sticker should only be on it if it hasn't
been gutted yet.
