[StBernard] Congressman Melancon to speak in Chalmette in Torres Park rally on Nov. 2

U.S. Rep. Charles Melancon, D-La., who represents St. Bernard and several
other parishes in Congress, will speak at a re-election rally in Torres Park
in Chalmette, behind the parish government complex, at 4 p.m. on Nov. 2.
Melancon will also answer questions from the public at the rally, which
originally had been scheduled for Oct. 18.
