     I doubt that the 130 sq.ft. will hold to be true. The LRA is taking
applications from people who sole their homes, the catch here is you have to
wait till all the applications are filled out and if they have any money
left over then the people who sold will come into it. All depends on how
much you have in insurance if you had a lot of coverage on structure then
you would do better selling, if it was low then you may want to think again
about selling.
