Laurie,  We were told at our LRA meeting last week  in Chalmette that you
must live in your home for 3 years if you take grant money to repair it.  We
had never heard that detail before.  I don't know when you can get an
appointment for LRA or when your act of sale will take place but it seems
Westley's suggestion won't work.      Gayle
