[StBernard] Murphy Buy-out?

I am getting ready to sell my home on Judy Dr. near St. Bernard Hwy.
sometime this week.  A friend told me I shouldn't because there may be a
buyout from Murphy in my area for a buffer zone.  Has anyone heard of a
buyout for Judy Drive between Judge Perez and St. Bernard Hwy.?
