[StBernard] Murphy Buy-out area

Hey, Westley:

MMM asked about the buy-out area that is part of the class action lawsuit
settlement being considered by the court. The area as now proposed in the
settlement includes properties on both sides of Jacob, Despaux, Ventura, and
Lena between St Bernard Hwy and the 20 Arpent Canal. No properties on
Blanchard are part of the proposed buy-out area.

A notice will appear in this Sunday's Times-Picayune and Baton Rouge
Advocate and in next week's St Bernard Voice that provides information about
the settlement terms. It also tells eligible residents in the oil spill area
how to make sure they are included.
