[StBernard] reporting violations

This is a question for Craig. The article about the parish enforcing those
who are dumping debris illegally or just leaving new construction debris out
there thinking URG will pick it up didn't give a phone no. It just said to
report it so that Public Works and the Sheriff could enforce. Which one
should get the phone call first-sheriff or public works?  It wouldn't be so
bad if the new construction was bagged, but when the contractors just throw
it out and let it blow on the rest of us and clog our drains, it's
aggravating and often the homeowner or investor who hired the contractor is
absent.
