[StBernard] St. Bernard expels roadside vendors

I agree 100%.  If companies want to advertise their business, let them place
an ad in the St. Bernard Voice, St. Bernard News, TP, or on a billboard.  As
fast as we can pull them off the trees and telephone poles new signs appear.
Can we pass an ordinance requiring the companies whose names appear on these
signs to remove them at their expense or have the parish remove them and
bill these businesses.  All these signs do nothing to improve the appearance
of our parish neutral grounds.
