Pre-Katrina appraisal, hmmmm. I read J. Scurich's posts in the past with
interest but have yet to act on them. The LRA papers we received clearly
state to bring an appraisal only  if it was actually DONE and dated
pre-Katrina.  So, does that mean they wont accept the
post-Katrina-performed-Pre-Katrina appraisals? 
Anyone had their appointment yet and submitted one of those post-pre ones?
