Things have gotten out of hand with these Atlas Coating actually from Macon,
GA, not Atlanta, and we are seeking restitution for the damage they did to
our home while paying them to repair it and redo it.  I wondered if anyone
knew of a good lawyer who handles this kind of thing.  I have a feeling the
guy is probably not license in LA.  To top things off, he refused our check
because it was made out to the company and he wanted us to pay the help
cash, so he woulndn't have to pay taxes of course.  I don't know how far he
thinks he's going to get because everyother person has to account labor to
the SBA and LRA.   The next day a little Mexican lady came to the house
crying they had no food on the table and her husband could not get paid from
the boss because he wouldn't cash the check.  What a mess.  My husband felt
for her and had her sign a release form and made the check out to her
husband; can you believe this?
