Did St. Bernard vote for Blanco or Jindal last time?  That will tell you if
she is worried about St. Bernard Parish.  The LRA is her campaign vehicle to
buy votes from the coastal parishes.

Watch this special session she has called.  It will be used to buy votes
from the rest of the state.

Does Gov Blanco know that these people are low balling our homes? 
She sounds very outspoken about this program, wanting it to be effective,
and I dont think she will be too happy to hear that the MOST devastated
parish is not getting the benefits from it as intended.
