Thank you so much, I will give it a try.  I wish we had a local group where
we could post and black ball the vultures that are posing as contractors,
that we can all check before hiring them;  I just can't believe the gall the
kind of person has at stealing from those already in need, and they were so
charming as they lied through their teeth.  That's about as low as it gets.
