Governor Blanco, Commissioner Donelon work to clear roadblocks for the Road Home

BATON ROUGE - November 22, 2006 - Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco and Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon sent a memo this week to insurance companies, urging them to speed up policyholder verification requested by the Road Home program. This delay in verification was one of the roadblocks identified last week by ICF, the contractor administering the Road Home, in a meeting called by Governor Blanco.
