Allstate just notifyed me that my homeowners policy will be dropped unless I
show proof of work being done.  They said I can't wait for LRA.  They
consider the property abanded.  Also, my agent said as of three weeks ago,
any renewal of policies for Allstate and State Farm will have a separete
plolicy for hail and wind which is very expensive.
