St. Bernard residents can discard old tires at parish site

St. Bernard Parish residents can discard old tires free of charge at the
Area 4 Yard at the Gore pumping station at Poydras in eastern part of the
parish.

The yard is open seven days a week, except on holidays, from 7 a.m. to 4
p.m. 

Also, residents can now pay their parish water bill by leaving a check in
the night deposit box at the parish Water Board office at 1111 E. St.
Bernard Highway.
