It is my understanding that Entergy is responsible for the lights on the
wooden poles.  The metal poles are the responsibility of the parish.  If a
light is out on a wooden pole, call entergy.  If it's a metal one, then the
wait will be a bit longer.  We have some instances where the problem is not
the metal pole but with the electrical.  Why don't we re allocate the
existing working poles to areas in need of them.
