 the 25% rule of the LRA buyout properties is not our doing- keep in mind
that these guidelines are set by levels way above ours.
We have presented options that would help to satisfy these issues but no
response just yet.

I agree with Jim.  Why not have a percentage of homes obligated to first
time home buyers.  I know of quite a few young people buying homes that they
otherwise could not afford.  Our parish community development department
should be focusing some effort in assisting our young people.
