as you know, no one in St. Bernard has received a check yet and your
situation is more rare than most others that I have had the opportunity to
review.  I know that there is a special condition that if you sold your
house requires a specific calculation.  But go ahead and apply, just go in
with no expectations, especially since the program keeps changing without
really solving its deficiencies.
