your murphy oil settlement will not be deducted from the LRA money.  If you
are in the buy out area and sell to Murphy then the LRA buyout is not an
option since murphy will then own the property.  those not in the buy out
area for murphy will still be eligible for the LRA buy out but the LRA has
basically said that the property must be "cleaned" and that they would not
buy properties that did not have environmentally cleared certification.
what that means exactly is still unclear.
