A great idea!  I have some broken up cement we thought we were going to use
as fill that I'd be glad to donate!!!  I sure hope those gentlemen at the
corp realize that this is just what you said--a win/win situation.  The
scary thing is they probably won't because it makes too much sense to normal
folks!  Let us know if we can call/write to support this idea.

Oh, I'll drop my LRA letter of with Lenore--collage away with it.  We
received a phone call from a LRA rep asking us how much we thought our home
was worth.  They said we'd receive another letter shortly!  I'm not holding
my breath.  We'll just keep plodding along on our own!
