	Hey folks, ddk, Gaby et al,
	Do you really think that the  homeowners that have left their
property and
	pools abandoned without fencing etc really are worried about any
liability
	issues that they would be responsible for? If these homeowners would
have
	anything to be taken from them they would be protecting their assets
	assuming that they are not bumbling financial idiots. Let's face it,
many
	of the homeoners for houses that have been abandoned do not have
anything
	that can be attached and probably no payroll to garnish for any
attached
	monies.

Many, yes, but not all.
However, do you have a suggestion how to handle the pools if the homeowners
can't or wont? Either way, something has to happen. Patience is a virtue,
but inertia isn't happening.
